Does anyone know if you can watch the Truman show on Netflix?
Like????
I dont have cable so streaming services is what i rely on. Theres so many older movies i wanna watch and when i say old i mean like 4-6 years ago and you cant find them anywhere.
Its like all streaming services wanna do is show the popular stuff and whatever garbage they produced or whatever. It sucks.
Does anyone know where i can watch specifically that movie and tv show?
The Truman Show has always been a great suggestion as to how things might be. I especially like it because Jim Carey is one of my favorite ME's - I had a serious crush on him early on, once I figured out that he was a very cool and brilliant dude under that pile of goofy moves. His name was Carey, not Carrey, as it is now.
If you haven't seen the movie or want to see it again:

I got it off of r/bestofstreamingvideo
This vod is 9 months old. We've officially infiltrated the algorithm.
As the title suggests where can I watch the truman show? I only recently discovered it and have all major streaming platforms but none of them have it. Also, if you have any other movie/show suggestions please drop them in the comments. Tia!
Don't want to buy the movie because I only watch movies once.
its region locked sadly but if for whatever reason you never watched that movie now you can https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aKgH2ijiHE4
Truman Burbank (Jim Carrey) leads a simple, unassuming life. He works a mediocre office job in the sleepy little town of Seahaven Island, is married to local nurse Meryl (Laura Linney) and spends much of his free time with his best friend Marlon (Noah Emmerich) or daydreaming about his long lost college sweetheart (Natasha McElhone). What Truman doesn’t know is that it is all a lie. He is, in fact, the unwitting star of The Truman Show, the world’s biggest reality show run by experimental director Cristoff (Ed Harris). His “wife” and “best friend”, even the woman he thinks is his mother, are hired actors and Seahaven Island is a gigantic soundstage where Truman’s life is filmed and broadcast 24 hours a day. His “sweetheart”, on the other hand, is an extra that was fired from the show after developing feelings for Truman and trying to expose him to the truth, now leading the “Free Truman” movement in the outside world. When Truman starts to notice strange things happening around him, he starts realizing there is more to his world than he knows and starts looking for the truth, himself.
While this film still exhibits more than a few moments of Carrey’s trademark humor, this is definitely one of his earliest leading dramatic roles and really started to showcase his range as an actor. Ed Harris served well as the primary antagonist, Cristoff, controlling Truman like he’s a puppet on a string but not in an evil way, more as a curious observer. Linney and Emmerich were good, although they served mostly as exposition, helping to show the falsehood of Truman’s reality in ways Truman just couldn’t quite see yet. Natasha McElhone was an interesting character, as well, even if most of her scenes were just her sitting in front of her TV and silently rooting Truman on. Some great supporting turns from Holland Taylor as Truman’s “mother” and Paul Giamatti as control room director Simeon. A beautiful film that keeps us guessing at every turn while cheering our hero on.
I’m having a hard time finding “TruTalk” the 22 minute promotional video for The Truman Show. It’s been removed off YouTube from what I can tell and I can’t find it anywhere. It was released in 98 and it was promotional so I can’t imagine it’s all over the place but I’d love to watch it if anyone had any ideas. Thank you
