I live in a basement apartment that's not very insulated so would like a warm blanket for these cold NYC nights (sub-freezing). My primary requirement is that it's not scratchy, no lint and machine washable and dryable. Secondary requirement is budget.

I've looked online and seen recommendations for the LL Bean Wicked Cozy, Faribault Mills Lakefront Wool Blanket, and a few cheaper options on Amazon. But the reviews for these blankets seem to run the gamut as far as temperature ratings. Also, I would consider down from Feathered Friends since I own one of their sleeping bags and love the brand, but would prefer a material that requires less maintenance.
