The ending hints that Emhyr has some kind of large monster, specifically a flying one (and likely a griffin from the shadow we see of its beak), that will track down Geralt. One of the first things that happens in W3 is that you fight a Griffin.
Most likely I'm insane for even suggesting this, but that felt like a hint that we might get a condensed/adapted Wild Hunt arc for season 5, maybe spliced in with the Vilgefortz story.
Why is this improbable? Destroy my hopes, please

Season 5 will not be an adaptation of The Witcher 3 because of the fact that Netflix does not have the rights to it. The Wild Hunt and griffins are in the books, though, so what you are suggesting is not impossible.

There is a zero percent chance it will be an adaptation of W3. There are still 2 books worth of story to get through. There are several plot lines left unfinished they would have to abandon. W3 takes place years after the last book(Lady of The Lake) Ciri doesn't know about her powers yet And so, so many more reasons I couldn't name them all.

I am a bit sad that I’m finally enjoying the show again and we’ve only got one more season. I don’t know though if I want a season 6 or more of the Witcher universe. More shows need to know when to quit and let storylines come to a natural conclusion. More on reddit.com

I want an Aretuza spin-off. It has been hinted at that the universe could continue after the main show ends, but that is still pretty far in the future and in no way greenlit. We will have to wait and see.

In my opinion this season by far had the best action than any other seasons. This Geralt I like way more. I'm not a book reader so I can't compare to the books, and complain how everybody else been complaining. To me season 4 was one of the best seasons.
P.S I can't wait for Geralt to find that weird old Witcher killer
