After I try to install the new update through their site, I get to step 3 out of 7 and it just stops, I have to unplug and plug it again to work. I tried the "Occurs during an Update" troubleshooting steps but they didn't work. I don't get shown an error message or anything.

When I'm using the old one rapidtrigger shows on (it is) but on the new v5 software it's greyed out even if RS is still on, it's very confusing

In the old software when I hover my mouse on the RT settings the keys are glowing, in the new version it does nothing
Even if I select all 4 keys the RS button is still off

How did this go through 4 month of beta and 8 versions?

I just need to set RT again in the new software, it does not detect RT settings from the v4 software

Thanks for sharing this point of feedback, I put one of my boards back to v4 and replicated a similar configuration to yours and was able to replicate what you experienced. From that I found the root cause and I've got a fix ready which we'll likely push out today 😁

It's because you have to select the keys first, yeah it is a lil bit confusing.
