1)If you are using isu as userid/password, you have to update your (manage auth policy) to allow bypass sso.. create a security group (assign isu ) and add security group to auth policy.. 2) if you want to use oauth , best way is to create an api client for integrations. Assign the isu and generate a refresh token.. use clientid, client secret as userid/password, refresh token as grant type and get a bearer token first..(search community for instructions).. use the bearer token to call the raas report.. also remember to add non tenant configurable permission to api client along with other functional area that it needs More on reddit.com

Can’t tell you much. Need to wait to hear back from the company. I doubt it’s anything bad. Might just be how they onboard accounts. You were able to get in via username and password as a prehire but need SSO as an employee is my guess. More on reddit.com
