Youtube isn’t working on google chrome after the new update. Every video I open has a black screen that says “an error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: random combo of letters and numbers). Learn more” and when I click on learn more a blank popup comes up. Anyone know what’s going on?

I'm having the same issue but for livestreams only. Logging out would work tho

Same issue, only on livestreams though. Issue is present on all browsers. Like pointed out, logging out seems to fix it, so maybe something funny with accounts? I'm from Europe/Finland and have premium.

June 24, 2024 - My google drive, YouTube, everything was creating a problem. I disable "VIMEO" extension and boom, it started to work back. ... Works again! Thanks to all the comments! I do not know how I resolved the issue but suddenly after updating/ restarting my browser profile everything seems to work fine again even in the latest chrome version.
