Unless your PSU has a monitor built in, then no. There are devices you can plug into the wall between the outlet and your PC that will measure and display the usage though. More on reddit.com

It's not. Corsair RM-i/HX-i isn't either. Only AX-i is. But that doesn't really matter for the end user much.

No alternatives to Corsair RM-i/HX-i really. Corsair iCUE has HWiNFO support so you can have logging, i don't think Thermaltake options or NZXT E do. Gigabyte AP-PM is another possible option but there are zero reviews on it, and honestly, i don't even consider them after how they handled the P-GM situation.
