Anyone have the number for Tech support on these Daikin units in SoCal? Called closest Goodman supplier and was told that they are and sell Daikin but these require another Daikin tech support and they don’t have it. Not sure how true that is or not, but we’ve had to swap out a compressor, and have high superheat issues, oil issues, really just trying to get tech support and more help on these.

Any experience working on this brand? What are your opinions? Thanks in advance.
Why do we put up with this? These asinine waits and requirements to get manufacturer support are clearly telling us the companies don't give a fuck about anything after the sale. Because of this, I will never sell another Daikin. I've done the same with other brands we've handled. Is everyone else accepting it as "just the way things be"????
From my research the big three names (you know them) are the way to go in North America. A lot of my research suggested that Daikin is a lower end and unreliable HVAC brand... That surprises me because typically Japanese companies stand for quality and reliability. Daikin seems to insulate its units very well to make them fairly quiet and efficient.
Thoughts?
