Hey, I'm kinda panicking and finding it hard to go to sleep 😓. I shipped out a package at a UPS store at 9/11. The packaging, and label was done at the store. I even have the credit card total amount and even the time I was there.
I learned today, the receiver that is my sister didn't receive the package. It was overnight shipping to be arriving before 12 PM. I thought, ok let me check my UPS Choice account it should tell me why. It was empty... I checked my email and I had my sister check her own and nothing.
Ok, I thought well I left the receipt in the car, so I will just put in the tracking. The receipt wasn't there... I think I threw it out while cleaning the car in a rush but I have no recollection. I even checked my trash... I'm kind of panicking on what to do. I read without the tracking I'm simply screwed and I'm not sure what to tell my parents.

For whatever reason, no tracking number on my receipt for a repair return to Canon in VA is working on my app or the website to track shipping. I’ve tried pretty much every number on this receipt. If anyone can help out, I’d appreciate it.
I have the name, address, tracking number of my label, and the package has left the UPS store but is lost in transit. To open a claim I need to send a copy of the drop off receipt. Can the store print me off a copy of it? It has been 30 days since dropping the item off. I tried calling the store (about a 2 hr drive away from me) but know they are always busy so hoping to get an answer here. Cheers
I got my UPS receipt but then I realized it didn’t have the buyers address. I have the tracking number and the current receipt, is there any way UPS will reprint a receipt for me with all the info?
I'm forced to take a $2000 loss on an iPhone that was lost in the mail when I tried to return it. After months of contacting Apple, UPS, my bank, and even filing a police report, nothing can be done because I don't have the tracking number, and for some reason, Apple doesn't keep logs of tracking numbers either. Even though they have verified the phone has never been activated, they still refuse to refund me without a tracking number.
