I'm planning to install 48x48 polished porcelain tiles across my 1300sqf condo. Including kitchen, livingroom, bedroom, bathrooms, balcony.

I saw this size of tiles in a neighbor's house and i thought they looked really modern and interesting, anything I should know, and any reason why this size of tile is not common?

Better not walk on a wet floor or your gonna bust your ass. Maintenance is pretty rough on something like that too. You’ll see everything and be sweeping and mopping a lot.
