We are remodeling a bathroom and want to do a 60” double vanity. We want to avoid cheaper quality that would be particle board/MDF. What are some good brands - where do we go to look at them in person? We are in New Jersey.
We want good quality. My contractor recommends Nee York Vanity Mfg. you can choose your door style and choose Oak, Maple or Cherry. Then color (stain or paint depending on type of wood). They seem to be about $3500-$4900 depending on choices.
What’s a reasonable expectation on price? I also found vanities on Costco’s website site for anywhere in the $1500-$2800 range. But I can’t tell what type of wood they are. People in the Costco sub seem generally happy with Costco vanities. But I can’t see them in store.
Hello. We need a new 60” double sink vanity for the bathroom. We have looked at Lowe’s and HD. Not impressed. We looked at Menards. They had some nice ones on display that seemed to be a “better” quality. We also found one at Floor and Decor. They don’t have it on display. But it looks nice. I can’t tell though if drawers are dove tail and all that.
Are we better spending around 1600 on a custom cabinet and top? Or 1300 for the Floor and Decor one? The cabinets we would have “custom” are Wayside. So I assume mostly particle board and from China.
