Buy a used SM58 (hell even cheaper you can grab a PGA48 for DAMN cheap) and a cheap interface, or even an XLR to USB adapter. You'll be a better vocalist for it. If it's a demo, who cares if the audio quality is Meh? If you're a vocalist worth anywhere near their salt you should be able to get some decent enough takes in. I used an AI to change my low male vocal to a female vocal the octave higher, and it did a pretty good job of mimicking my pronunciation and intonation, but it still sounded 'fake.' It's good if your goal is to demonstrate what you want sung to the female vocalist you hire, but I wouldn't use it for a final mix under any circumstances, at least not until it gets a lot better. I was trying Suno or whatever it's called but it didn't work out. Don't know the point of uploading an audio file I can't use to run the program through the AI song generator that I want it to. It's the same as a few other AI music sites. I really wanted my song (I only wrote the lyrics to) to be played by my favorite band. I'm a pretty avid and good writer. When I get about idea, it flows to my notepad or occasionally write on paper but no need to now. Sorry for the ramble and self-promotion. Maybe I'm not the only one losing sleep after falling into the AI music rabbit hole. Any positive and helpful input would be appreciated. Let's hope AI music making gets better and more realistic, organic sounding in the future. Maybe make it sing and hold those long notes with their voices like the rockstars do. Heheh.
