What tactics do you use to advertise your Airbnb?
Using "Influencers" is not a route I'd recommend. I have a few of them reach out each year asking to stay for free and in return they would post on IG to drive business. Trouble is, most have only a few thousand followers and even if they had more, I doubt most would book. Instead I tell them to pay the regular price on the rental and if I get any direct bookings as a result of their stay, I'll give them 10% of the rental fee that is paid by the referral.
