Idk how it happened but I seemed to have lost just the case for my AirPods Pro. Do I need to get a new set now or is it ok to buy a generic charging set?

I recently lost my airpods pro charging case and was looking for a replacement even if it's unofficial. Was looking at these $36 on amazon. I wanted to know if they damage the airpods or if they're any good. Any specific recommendations?

I forgot exactly when Apple released it, I think after they updated the iPhone 15 with USB-C last year? Regardless has anyone actually bought one of these to upgrade their existing lightning charge case and was it worth it? Did it really have an affect on using your AirPods at all? $99 seems like a big ask for just the case, but I could be wrong. What do you all think?

As for me I don’t really see anything wrong with my case right now, besides the fact that it is a lightning port and now everything else I own (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, battery packs, etc.) charge with USB-C so I’m relying on Apple Watch charging and wireless charging to charge the case.

just wondering if it’s possible, and if USB C replacement cases are even available at the moment. do I need to buy a whole new pair?

I somehow lost my original charging case for AirPods Pro 2nd Gens - if I were to buy an AP2 case off Marketplace, would it charge them? Or are they tied in some way to the original case?

It’s loose as hell, it won’t hold a charger and it’ll just fall out by gravity with no resistance. The charger is able to move in the port all around, up and down, left to right. There’s also a little gap between the charger and case which is odd.

i lost my case, still have the actual airpods, but i can’t seem to find a charging case alone on the apple store. anyone know where to find it?

My sister has been using these for 3 years and the case recently stopped charging, the charging port looks clean and they haven’t been damaged and the AirPods themselves still work. What can I do to repair these? Or is this something that’s software related and I need to just buy a new case?

They were working earlier today and then all of a sudden the case became a brick. The pods had like 30% charge left in each. Went to charge the case figuring it was dead and nothing after 15 mins. Swapped out the wire, still nothing, swapped out the surge protector/used a different outlet & still nothing. Wtf happened? Has anyone else experienced this? There’s no buttons on the case so I can’t even try and turn it on if I wanted to.

My airpods case got stolen/lost in my local gym more than a year ago. Unfortunately, the staff weren’t really cooperative which eventually led me to losing hope in ever finding it. I’ve also tried looking into if it was possible to get a replacement case with Apple but I’m having trouble looking for that offer in my country’s Apple website.

Now, I’d like to hopefully make use of my Airpods Pro again so I would just like to ask if there are compatibility issues if I ever get a new case? I’m looking to consider even HK variants or class As if there’s no issues but I’ll probably also try asking around FB groups if anyone with only the case would be willing to sell theirs for cheap instead.

unfortunately i lost mine and dont want to spend the whole price all over again.

I’ve had my AirPods Pro’s for two and a half years. The case currently isn’t charging and I’ve cleaned the charging port and it still doesn’t work. The actual AirPods work fine it’s just the case. If I go to my local Apple Store, will they offer me store credit for new AirPods or a new case or will they offer me anything at all? What are my options here? Thank you!

Hey everyone, as per the title says. Long story short is that I lost my airpods case and was thinking of buying a new one from Amazon. The original airpods charging case was a lightning one. Replacement case in itself is $60 and I am unsure if that even works, or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new pair for $330?

What is the current firmware version for the AirPods Pro gen 1 charging case? I recently bought a pair on eBay and while the buds are genuine and update, the case appears stuck on version 1.4.1. My Pro 2 charging case is at 74.1 0.0. I still have enough time to return them. I just want to prove to the seller big refurbished store) that they are selling counterfeit products and that they shouldn’t run their mouth towards a customer regarding how to check for fakes. If anyone could check in their settings I would much appreciate it, thanks!
