I need to send Ally Lending an email.
They apperently don't have the account information in the system yet for me to do a log in.
Does anyone have a customer support email I can send to?
It needs to be an email due to paper trail. If there isn't one ill just send a certified letter.

Very sad to learn (the hard way) that ALLY's customer service has gone off-shore to India or some such place. When I asked to speak to someone state-side, the CS guy put me on hold for a few minutes, then came back and in a deeper voice said his name was --- and how could he help me? Please connect me to state-side CS like I asked you the first time, SIR! Unrelated, but I have been having trouble with Ally these last few months. It's time for me to move on. Any suggestions as to a bank that has state-side CS? Is a credit union the only solution? TY (Sorry for the rant)
We are trying to work out a mistake made by Ally that involves a lot of our money. Customer Service has become horrible:

We always wait 15 minutes or longer to get a front line person on the phone. If they need to consult another department it takes up to 50 minutes on hold as well. We have had three phone calls that take one to two hours each.

We do not get answers to our secure emails, or if we do get an answer, it takes over 7 business days.

Everyone agrees this was a mistake but no one has the power to fix the mistake.
