Prime Video Canada: Channels
Is the $139 Amazon Prime Subscription Still Worth It? : amazonprime
Cancel Amazon Prime subscription
Prime is worth it to me because I have the Prime Visa with 5% cash back, therefore my membership is covered many times over by the cash back I earn on everyday purchases. I only use Amazon for things I need anyway: pet supplies, household items, etc. (I use YNAB & pay the balance off each week). Not having to go to a store as much in the middle of a pandemic has been a plus.
All my cash back I take in real cash-and deposit directly in my savings account. Also get 2% cash back at all gas stations because of Prime, and regularly enjoy movie nights with my kids for free on Prime Video. Amazon sounds like an asshole company-but that’s another topic. Frugality wise, it can make sense for some people.
More on reddit.comMy Amazon Prime subscription just ran out (student discount). Is it possible to use a separate email with a .edu address and get the student discount again on the SAME account?
