Only way to see is via Purchase History from the Apple Account on device or in browser. However; the email & password will be needed. Apple will not disclose anything if it isn’t your account.

There is no way. Apple will not give you charges from someone else's account, but they will verify if your credit card information was compromised. You'll have to check https://reportaproblem.apple.com while logged into her Apple Account.
