I finally got it to work. Go into advance settings in Roku. Then select reset internet connection. Then re connect and go back and try to log in.

The error message: "An unexpected error occurred." I've tried all the basics to resolve but no change at all. Same shows but not all, same errors. I have not seen this problem with iTunes Movies app....yet. Seperately, I've noticed when you reset the appletv, it won't do a full reset (original v13.1.1?), it will only reset to the existing firmware! Regardless of which you choose...
