Virginia Attorney General Debate | Miyares and Jones face off
Elected to represent the 89th District in 2017, Jones previously ran an unsuccessful primary against then-Attorney General Mark Herring in 2021. Jones says his top priority is “the safety and freedom of Virginia families” and criticizes Miyares for using his office to advance a “radical ideological agenda” rather than protect Virginians. The debate will be broadcast live from 6 p.m.
