2 days ago I ordered from BBB and it still hasn’t processed. But what’s worse.. the Order ID is saying it doesn’t match my email address so I can’t track it. And now calling their 1800 number to check order status just redirects me to customer service.. which they have a 3hr wait time for.
Yday, I was on hold for a total of 3hrs because I wanted to cancel my order yet they apparently don’t do that, the guy advised me to just return in store when I get it. I called again because my email address wasn’t recognized and even the lady on the phone said it wasn’t working for her.
Wtf is happening ??? I should’ve read the numerous complaints about their online ordering before I ordered online.
UPDATE: They’ve sent me an email on wednesday saying its shipped but by the looks of it... they really just printed out a label and haven’t even given it to fedex yet. Its been 2 days and its stuck at “Shipment information sent to Fedex”. I don’t think I’ll be buying from BBB online anymore. I get it with COVID causing delays but atleast make the delivery dates accurate. Ordered sunday with estimated delivery 9/23-9/28 and it hasn’t even moved.

My order is still being processed and its been a week. The expected delivery date was 11/25-11/28. If I try and rebuy the product it says the estimated delivery date is 12/6. Tried calling customer service and was put on hold for 15 minutes. anyone know how to get help?

Shipments are crazy right now!! The more we process the more they send so it feels like we barely make a dent at the end of the day. Also with in store customers and the recent big sales it’s not guaranteed the store your order was sent to has it in stock by the time we get to it so it’s possible your order is bouncing from store to store. I feel like the system is pretty good at sending the orders to stores that have the item in stock but the other day I had 8 orders for a roomba and we only had the display. I seriously think they should process orders in a warehouse rather than stores because inventory would be more accurate and we wouldn’t have to process orders on top of running a store.

What is the item? Curious if it's one of those needle in a haystack clearance items that should never be on the website in the first place. Those items could take forever to track down considering they may be broken, dirty, missing pieces or expired.
