I got a three pack of these on sale a while ago, one is a salad kit and one has a grate that can be used to steam veggies. The middles can be frozen into an ice pack so you don't have to be chained to preserved foods and can be more flexible in the leftovers you use.
The ice pack has open spots that you can use or you can put liquid in the little tupperware containers if you're worried about something making a mess.
