I need access to my account number, but I’ve never had a physical card for here; it’s always been the store card. I can walk in and show my ID, input my SSN and I can make purchases. I could do with online or over the phone.

I recently was approved for a BT- 0% for balance transfers made in the first 30 days. I was dumb about it, and I didn’t request a physical card before I was approved. Now I’m worried about timing out of the offer. Best Buy and Citi Bank are being zero help in the matter. I’ve been hung up on and yelled at. I requested a physical card, verified that the information was correct. I waited about 2 weeks and I called back in- and it was sent to the wrong address.

I very much doubt they are specifically messing with me, I’m not that paranoid, but it certainly feels that way. Do you guys have any advice for me? Ever been in a similar situation?

Husband applied to and received a Best Buy credit card a few weeks ago, actually about a month ago now. He can't login to the BB Citi site to do anything for it. He knows his username is his email, but he doesn't remember setting the password for it during the signup process. His account was locked after trying the passwords he thought he might use. He tried resetting/retrieving the password and we were told to call by the site.

He called. Three times. Was told each time that they would call him back to unlock it (?). Never received a call. He tried using my phone number as well and it didn't work that way either.

He has not received any bills or statements in the mail. We have no idea when the bill is due by or what the balance is now. We made a payment in the store a few days ago because we have no idea when the due date is and don't want it to affect our credit.

Any tips on who to contact that will actually help? We just need to login to make our payments and know when they're due. Customer service in the store just says to call the same number that isn't helping.
