I played a lot of Cyberpunk recently and I realised that I really enjoy just driving around, so I got in the mood for some racing game. What are the best ones right now to check out?
Can be sim, arcade or a mix of both, it doesn't matter as long as it's good. The only critetia I have is to be able to play it with a controller.
Open world driving games without necessity to do missions, but just to drive and relax a bit?

I'm looking for some game where you can just drive around a big world (probably procedurally generated) world, live traffic, nice landscapes, day and night cycle and that's all - some relaxing game like this.
I know about slowroads but it's too linear, just one road without turns, and no other cars.
In the past I used driving education games for this but they are clunky with controls and some are ancient (like sierra's driving ed).
Damn, I even tried ancient Streets of Sim City but it's car combat, and also really ancient even for me.
Do games like this ever exist?
