Hey there. I have had literally ALL of the major earbuds and headphones on the market in the past two 1/2 years and NONE of them deal well with loud office noise. I work in an environment that has a lot of cubicles and probably a lot of echoing. I have the Liberty 3 Pro which I do not use at work. They are OK at work at best. I have tried the ELEVOC Clear, but they are so uncomfortable and have such occlusion that I couldn't feel with it. You really need to pay attention to the occlusion effect if you have sensitive ears at will. That is the underwater effect as you are wearing them. Soundcore earbuds dear with that very will. I have tried both Sony XM4 and XM5 earbuds and they don't do very will in an office environment. I own the XM5 headphones and they probably do the best overall for phone calls in an office environment, outdoors, in a coffee shop, and they even block out WIND the best. They are active CRAZY when it comes to the wind blockage. My wife can still hear quite a bit when I call her in my office though if people are yapping around me. I also have the Anker PowerConf H700, which are also quite good for mic quality. And pretty cheap. The only ones I haven't really tried are the Jabra headphones. They have quite a few and they are known as one of the best office headset making companies. Supposedly their new Elite 10 are good for calls, but those reviews are hit or miss. I have also had the Google Pixel Bud Pros which WWE very good for call quality and they are about to get an update which is supposed to add some sort of AI call quality noise filtering. Get some Sony XM5s. I have them and the battery lasts like 30 hours. And they have a 3.5 aux port to plug right into a system. They have like 7 mics for NC and for speech. I love them because I feel like I am in a sound proof bubble. And I sound crystal clear on the other end. More on reddit.com

For the days I'm in the office, it can get quite noisy so a priority I want a pair that will make sure that when I'm on teams calls, it isn't going to broadcast everything around me through my mic.
I've got 3 different earbuds (galaxy live buds, soundpeats Q (cheap Amazon ones), and Bose Soundsport) and they all do this.
Is there any model out there that specifically works for calls like this?
I've read up on Sony 1000XM4 but they're super expensive so would love to know alternatives.
Unfortunately Google keeps finding me "noise cancelling" features when I try to search. Which I assume is relating to the sound output, and not the mic.

37 models tested here From my experience, the Technics AZ80 are probably the best, followed by the Sony Linkbuds, but the former are very expensive and aren't a million miles better than the best budget performers, and the latter are very good at blocking out background noise but not fantastic at much else.
