Any good Halloween horror films on Netflix maybe like set on Halloween or giving halloween vibes or about maybe like something halloween like pumpkins vampires ect
I invited my nieces and nephwes for a Halloween party and one of the things that we are planning to do together is to watch a movie in Netflix. However, these kids are mostly young but are requesting if they can watch some movies for the Halloween. Any recommendations?
Hi everyone! A friend and I are trying to make a list of spooky movies to watch this season. We have a few on the list but wanted to get some more recommendations. We are doing our movie search on Netflix, Hulu and Prime so if anyone has those streaming services and has some good picks let me know! Okay that is all thank you!! :)
Here's the challenge: just watched Sleepy Hollow and the Witches of Eastwick. These two movies felt perfectly spooky for the autumn season. Not scary, not horror. What spooky movies can you recommend? For example: Signs - yes. Halloween - no. Bonus that I had never seen either of the first two. You win a thumbs up if I've never seen it and you recommend it and I watch it. Go like the wind.
Yeah I know. My wife can’t handle horror or gore or generally “scary” movies at all. She can watch stuff like Lost Boys and The Shining, but that’s it. I’m trying to watch some atmospheric stuff with her this fall but I’m at a loss. She watched the first 2/3 of House Of The Devil last year, but had to stop once things actually got going. Any recommendations for movies with that vibe?
Hi guys! Despite Halloween being my favourite time of the year, I am a big chicken and I don't like horror movies or very scary movies. So, I'm looking for your expert suggestions for fun movies (pre-2000 if possible) that would be suitable for say a 10-year-old (yeah, that's my tolerance level for scary). Comedy is a PLUS. Animation is a PLUS PLUS.
Some I already enjoy are:
- Beetlejuice
- Death Becomes Her
- Gremlins
- Ghostbusters 1 & 2
- Hocus Pocus 1 & 2
- The Nightmare Before Christmas
- Elvira Mistress of the Dark
- Ernest Scared Stupid
- Addams Family & Values
Thanks!
EDIT: Thank you all for all these amazing suggestions! I can't wait to discover some new classics that I'll watch every year going forward! You guys are the best! 💋🎃
