I’d look at SuperBrightLEDs . Based on a very basic search their off road/power sports models at least offer IP67 which basically means you can power wash them without issue so they’d be fine unless you’re planning on submerging them in water. More on reddit.com

Depends on where on your boat. If they have any chance of getting rained on or getting then look for something with ip68, not ip65. I ran fully waterproof led strip lights in mine but without any of the smart features...they operate on a switch and are one color.
Honestly anywhere on a boat I would want my lights waterproof unless it's in a cabin because, well boat.

Looking for 3 rechargable lights to comply with night time lighting regulations for small craft:

What are you recharging if there are no batteries? You will need to wire a switch if it doesn't exist.

You and me both. The Navisafe lights are the only reasonable portable set I've found apart from random Amazon wares, and they have a variety of styles for different mounting options. The problem is you can't just plug them in to recharge as they run off AAA batteries.
