I started a new office job recently and I need dress pants. They provide uniforms, but of course not in petite sizes, so the pants don’t fit at all and I have to buy my own. I’m on a budget so I’ve been looking on ThredUp, and I managed to find two pairs from Ann Taylor and J. Crew. They fit fine but they have no pockets. I just want one functional pocket for my phone so I don’t have to carry it around when I leave my desk. Can anyone suggest some brands that carry black dress pants with actual pockets? Preferably in a skinny or straight cut. I’ve tried Old Navy’s petite pixies but they are too long on me. My inseam is about 25/26 inches. Thanks in advance!

I got these great pants from Express: https://www.express.com/clothing/women/editor-super-high-waisted-straight-ankle-pant/pro/07481959/color/Pitch%20Black/e/short/ They're $80 bucks online, but since they're filing for bankruptcy, in store they're 60% off. I got them for $32 when I was at the mall. They're great material and have actual pockets. Make sure to pick the 'short' option (in store it says like 2S, 4S, etc). For reference I am 4'11 and a 26/27inch waist, I got a 4S and it fit great.
