Hi All,
So that time has come where we going to allow the unwashed masses access to Windows Copilot. I'm testing things out and have noted that it appears the user to manually login to the app to enable to corporate data protection.
Is this correct and is there any way to enforce or automate the sign in process?

Is this an Azure AD/Entra ID Joined scenario? Our PCs are all AAD/Entra ID joined and the config we have set up is to auto-login for Microsoft Apps. Edge is auto-signed in, OneDrive is auto-signed in, all based on the signed in user. So far, Bing Chat has been the same. Sometimes if I'm too fast during a setup, I will have to type in an email, but I rarely if ever have to fully sign in as the user.

Hi Just had this issue. - Open copilot.microsoft.com - If you click on SIGN IN. And then RCLK on "Sign in with a work or school account" you have an option to copy a URL. Use this URL. https://copilot.microsoft.com/orgid/signin?ru=https%3a%2f%2fcopilot.microsoft.com%2f

Just curious, I wanted to test if I could replace Bing chat with Google, but quite fast I realized I was required to login if I wanted to use Bing chat. Is there a roadmap for public release?
Otherwise I dont really see Bing ever overtaking Google tbh...

Anonymous people can be bad actors and since they are anonymous you can’t ban them.
Also they want commercial companies to pay for access if they use it. If you allow anonymous users you essentially can’t charge for the service.

I doubt it honestly. Anonymous data isnt worth as much. But who knows, maybe one day
