I only have Bing installed to get the daily points (starts at 5 for the first several days). However, no matter where or what I search for I never get the 5 points per search (up to 300 a day). It worked occasionally when I first got the app, giving me maybe a max of five points a search for 3 searches, or 15 points total a day. Now, I get zero.

I also used to use the Xbox app every day to get rewards streaks which still work, but my morning routine of playing MS Jewel only gives 5 points a day now, when it used to be 15-30. Things like “keep 7 friends” and other quests/bonuses that also added when redeeming points is also now gone.

I’m considering just removing Bing because there is no incentive to basically be a free beta tester for MS when they can’t manage basic features. Seems like a backfire on their part, as I gave it a shot and it failed so that’s one more user that will unlikely be won back.

Anyone else not getting points from Bing searches?

Yeah, they put restrictions in the system that are supposed to make it so that only "real searches" count to prevent people from gaming the system. However, it's real finicky and half the time my real searches don't work either. I have found that using the Bing's AI image creator gives me more consistent results, with each of the 15 boosted creations counting as a search.
