Is it just me or are there others who find scheduling an appointment online for an Apple Store to be be very frustrating.?
For scheduling an appointment, only the next available time is present. I had to talk with support to get another time.
I tried to reschedule the appointment and ran into a similar situation.
If a person has to talk with someone in Apple Support for another choice, why (try to) schedule/reschedule and appointment online in the first place?
I cancelled my Genius Bar appointment via SMS, all information I can find says that it’s a premium rate text. Apple didn’t inform me of this ahead of time. So I was charged for a premium text, I didn’t know was premium.
I spoke with executive relations today who’ve passed blame to my carrier, and my carrier has passed it back to Apple.
I know it’s only £0.13, but currently my financial situation is that dire that i can’t afford to lose any money.
Do you have any advice?
