If Apple Can't help me, I believe in Reddit:
So... I bought an used Apple Watch Series 3 and the watch is perfect, but, the Wallet don't add cards to be used for Apple Pay.
When I try to add an card, this error appears: "Could not set up Apple Pay. An error occurred while setting up Apple Pay.*".*In my original language (Brazilian Portuguese): Não Pôde Configurar o Apple Pay. Ocorreu um erro durante a configuração do Apple Pay.
The Apple Care support don't know why this is happening and how to fix that. They think that "maybe" is a hardware problem. Conclusion: they can't and don't know how to help me.
(I already did the unpair, system restore... Nothing works).
Anyone know how can I fix that problem? 😥

Read support forums: already have passcode on watch, watch shows matching Apple ID in the Settings.

Remove and re-add card to phone wallet

Talk to tech support for 30 min while she asks me to do all of the above steps

While on hold, go to Settings, Click my logged in Apple ID, select Personal Information: FORCES me to log in to Apple ID again.
