I have tried different devices, browsers, privacy mode etc....
Everytime I try to login to Sign in - CompTIA Marketplace it says login has failed. I have reset my password countless times and emailed support but nothing is working at all.
After buying a voucher I didn’t receive it by email and can’t login to the store website

Does anyone know why I can’t login into my comptia main account but I can login into the comptia store. I’ve been trying since yesterday and it keeps saying invalid email/password even tho they are valid and I tried to reset password it still won’t even send a password reset email.
Please help.
