What Is The Best Vacuum For Excessive Pet Hair?
What Is The Difference Between A Pet Hair Vacuum And A Regular Vacuum?
How do you clean a pet vacuum?
Consult your user manual for the most accurate information, but most models can benefit from regular filter cleaning, checking the brushroll for blockages, and removing any debris that's built up.
I have my first golden and he is amazing. The literal only issue is that my little man sheds so much hair. I brush him once a day but after 24 hours the floors are already covered in his white hair.
Currently I use an older Dyson vacuum and it works okay but it’s pretty big and clunky.
Any other good reliable brands people could recommend?
We desperately need a new vacuum. We have three indoor dogs (two Labs and a Shih Tzu) and ALL hardwood floors. Our home is 2,000 square feet. We pride ourselves on having a very clean home — our RoboRock runs every night, and we deep clean (sweep, vacuum, mop, dust — the whole 9 yards) every Friday. Well, long story short, I am HIGHLY disappointed in the Bissell. We sold a rug that had been used in our home for less than 6 months and the buyer said they had two canisters of dirt and pet hair come out of the rug when they got home. I’m embarrassed more than anything! We keep a clean home and vacuum very regularly, so I’m mortified that it was so dirty. We are in the market for a new vacuum that is:
corded
can seamlessly go from hard floors to rugs
picks up dirt and dog hair
doesn’t tangle dog and human hair
preferably less than $350, but willing to go higher if we need.
TIA!
