We've been pulling quotes from local suppliers on Mohawk Revwood plus laminate flooring and noticed that Costco's offering has the same feature sets just relabeled.

Anybody out there know the differences? The stuff we've been looking at from flooring suppliers does not have pad pre installed, and is made in the USA. I called support and they could not disclose any details.

Costco's offering is substantially cheaper..

My friend owns a flooring business and installed Mohawk in my house. He was super impressed by the quality and price. He contracts for Lowe’s and has been doing it forever. We love it so far , but only had it for a week.

I purchased the LVP from Mohawk through Costco for the entire house. It is made in Georgia by Mohawk, and shipped to me as such. My savings was on the executive membership, the Costco credit card and the free shipping. Costco also paid to have the unused flooring returned. Read up on the reviews and listen to what previous customers have said and put together a strategy, that includes purchasing 15% more for bad boards, etc. Also read up on the transitions to see if they actually match your floor.

Has anyone installed or has this flooring? It’s definitely priced very low compared to the Mohawk LVP next to it, I do like that it’s produced with a more eco-friendly approach but sometimes that means a sacrifice in durability… so y’all have any thoughts?

I’ve been looking at flooring for months at this point and kind of paralyzed by the variety of material, quality, and brands. Initially I was going to go with engineered hardwood but I like the ease of a floating floor which seems is mostly LVP.

Mohawk employee here! I’m actually surprised to see Walker Creek in Costco. Didn’t know we were selling that in big box stores now. To put your mind at ease, both of these floors will perform just fine. You won’t be sacrificing durability for the eco-friendly product. It’s made with an aluminum oxide wear layer because it has no PVC in it. It’s more scratch resistant than the traditional LVT. Considering you have 3 dogs, that’s the product I would recommend. Feel free to message me with more questions and I’ll be happy to answer as I’m available!

Just to add context: I have a concrete subfloor, three smaller dogs, and swapping out tile/carpet in my kitchen/living room area. About 530 sq ft.
