I was a CSR and there are not many outlets around. If you do catch on sale I would wait till September that when new furniture comes and they need to get rid of the old. Outlet starts at 20% off and if it’s a sectional you might get one piece or none. More on reddit.com

In my experience the big sale months are pretty similar to other merchandise. In August and January. The big furniture buying season is now, just before the holidays folks what to spruce up their house, so don't expect any major markdowns until after the 1st of the year. Aug is when furniture retailers try to clear out old stock, usually toward the end of August, expect the best sales then, the sales can continue into September as they usually start the last week of August. Presidents Day (third Monday in February) and Labor Day (May 1) weekends are especially good for furniture and large appliances, like a dish washer. I haven't shopped Crate and Barrel much, sometimes stores like that will hold over furniture and progressively move it toward the back of the store before it goes on clearance. Certain styles may never go on clearance, but more often they are taken to a Warehouse outlet, you might google crate and barrel to see where the nearest outlet is or ask at the main store.
