Find your own? I'm currently a cyber security intern at a nonprofit. To be fair the nonprofit was started by one of my friends who has the same disability as me. But I had to convince him how I could benefit the nonprofit. If you do not know if any one who could give you an internship. My suggestion is to find an nonprofit organizations then start volunteering as an normal volunteer, so you can build trust with the leadership of nonprofit than say after a couple months say you are going to school for cyber security say that you are willing to help them with IT infrastructure and their Cyber Security. Since most companies allow remote now, I bet there’s a remote internship somewhere. But I’m not sure how common; you may need to talk with a lot of people before you find something that works for you. You could go to an OWASP group or some network security meetup to meet people. More on reddit.com

Talk with your manager and don't be shy about sharing your concerns. Tell them you don't feel you're being utilized, and don't feel you're really able to contribute or learn. If that doesn't get the manager to make a change, then leave. Internships, if done right, require management to have a plan for what the intern will be contributing to and what they will gain from the experience. If they haven't thought about that it's not really an internship, just a temporary low-wage job. More on reddit.com
