I have a Daikin ceiling AC installed since 2017. The model number is FXMQ07PBVJU.
Since yesterday it's flashing an error code of A3, which appears to be a drainage issue when researching online. I found what appears to be a drain hole on the side of the machine. Pulled out the plug and a lot of water came out. I let the water drained for about a minute, reinstalled the plug, and turned the power back on. The error code was gone and the AC was working again, however it only lasted for a few hours before the same error code returned. I opened up the drain hole and this time again there's a lot of water that came out.
What could be the possible cause of this? If some part is broken and needs to be replaced, where can I order it?

Did you figure out how to acces the pan/pump? It is the second time that my AC did this. The first time the guys access it from the inside of the house. But i do remember what part he removed.

Could have been multiple leaks. Needs to be pressure tested. Also with mini splits the proper way to charge a system is recover all refrigerant and weigh in proper charge per manufacturer More on reddit.com
