Direct Liquidation Free Shipping Policy
DirectLiquidation does not offer free shipping as a standard policy. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary based on the size and weight of the items, as well as the shipping destination. During checkout, buyers can choose from various shipping options, including freight shipping and buyer-arranged shipping. For freight shipping, buyers can select their preferred carrier from a list provided during checkout. If arranging their own shipping, buyers must ensure that the carrier provides a Bill of Lading (BOL) and schedules a pickup appointment. DirectLiquidation ships to any address in the continental United States and Canada but does not offer international shipping. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees, such as import duties and taxes, for international shipments.

Hi! When I lived in Sacramento, I loved going to this store- https://www.thediscountstoreca.com
It had items from target, Costco, open box furniture, and so much stuff. It wasnโt a thrift store, because everything was new and heavily discounted.
Do you know of stores like this in the bay?
Hi everyone,
Been lurking on here for many many months. Against everyone's recommendation ever, I pulled the trigger on my first pallet from DL. It was a "manifested" untested return pallet. HUGE MISTAKE.
What I received today was a grossly misrepresented manifest full of junky Xmas items. After sorting through the gaylord... I was in shock. No electronics (not a single one). Lots of items that were not in the manifest. Huuuuge boxes of....$1 to and from Xmas stickers? Would make you wanna cry with me. Anyways, I'll spare you the details; you get the picture.

So unbeknownst to me, they claim (screenshot) that even though they give you a manifest, it's just to give one a "general idea" of the contents of the pallet. This made my blood boil. WTF is the point of a manifest then? Might as well just say "It's a pallet of electronics (we think) and good luck!"
I can't remember the last time I've filed a chargeback on my credit card or anything, but I'm really considering it. It Just feels like fraud to me. They will ban me for sure if I follow through with the chargeback, but I don't plan on buying from them again anyway. From what I've heard/read, they'll give you store credit for some of the missing items at best.
Does anyone have any experience with this? What would you do? Or should I just take it as a lesson learned and move on? It's so fresh that my credit card transaction is still pending.
Total spent on pallet was $1250 to my door.
Thank you and stay safe ya'll!
