Are Verizon's used phones compatible with Verizon's network?
Do I get Verizon customer support for my used phones?
Does Verizon sell other certified pre-owned devices?
Hi! I wanted to know if the refurbished phones from verizon are good? or should I just get the new 14 Plus?
I had an upgrade available so I decided to trade in my iPhone 14 Pro Max for the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold through Verizon. I placed the order online and picked it up from my local Verizon store 2 hours later. That was on Tuesday May 6. I had a lot of trouble trying to activate my phone and was chatting with customer service for a few hours trying to activate the Fold. On my Verizon account it said I had a pending change on my account which was preventing me from activating it. When I tried activating it directly from the pixel itself, it said that this phone was activated or locked from another carrier (I can't remember exactly what it said but it was a long those lines). Long story short, I finally managed to activate the pixel thanks to Verizon customer service. So today I wanted to buy a care plan directly from Google and upon entering my IMEI number to check it's eligibility I get a message saying "This device is past the eligibility period for coverage" and so I contact customer service and they tell me "Upon checking the details with my team, I would like to inform you that the device is activated on March 13, 2025 that is the reason you are unable to add the preferred care to your device." And also said "Unfortunately, since it's been more than 30 days since your device purchase, you are no longer eligible to add Preferred Care." I already had my suspicious but this kind of confirmed it for me but please let me know if I'm wrong. If I'm not wrong, what would be the right way to go about this.
So I'm planning on ordering iphone 12 pro 128 GB blue in great condition but I'm worried it will not come good as they say anyone buy certified pre owned from Verizon
