I first tried adding a bluetooth device and it's said couldn't connect It said •on this device, turn on bluetooth •if this device supports Bluetooth, but you can't turn it on, try to update your driver through Windows Update in settings.
I checked my windows updates and it said that I was up to date. Please help

Could you please share a few details regarding your issue? May I know the Bluetooth device that you are trying to connect to the system? (Like Keyboard, mouse, headset or VR) Do you get any error while trying to "Add a Bluetooth Device"? (Other than "Couldn't Connect") Did you system came with built-in Bluetooth or did you install a 3rd party Bluetooth Module? Did you try uninstalling the "Bluetooth Driver" from Device manager and reboot the system? Awaiting your Response!
