For that motherboard it depends what particular revision you've got, rev 1.0 and 1.2 came with an AMD RZ616 branded Mediatek MT7922A22M WiFi/Bluetooth card, 1.1 came with an Intel AX210, 1.3/1.4/1.5 came with a Realtek RTL8852CE card, you'd need the driver that matches the card you've actually got. Ideally you'd get the driver from the actual AMD/Mediatek/Intel/Realtek websites rather than the download Gigabyte provides since that's often going to be pretty outdated. Most of the time you really don't have to care at all though, once you've got the computer online once Windows Update will have grabbed a driver for whatever card you've got that'll probably just work™️, only really need to go hunting for the driver manually if you can't get the computer online or are trying to fix a particular bug. Hello everyone,

Something strange is happening with my PC. Yesterday, I was using it normally when suddenly I wanted to connect my wireless controller to my PC through Bluetooth. I noticed that it was not detected, so I opened Settings > Bluetooth & devices and noticed that Bluetooth wasn't showing up. Then, I opened the Device Manager and found that Bluetooth was only visible through View > Show hidden devices, but all its items were disabled. After that, I decided to uninstall Bluetooth and all its components (thinking it would be easy to reinstall them). Now, I have these two problems:

When I install the drivers from Intel's official website, I can successfully install them, but they are only showing up in Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program, and not in the device manager where they're supposed to be.
The Device Manager is showing an issue in the following path: (My PC) > Universal Serial Bus controllers > Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) with the error code 43. Regarding this point, I have to mention that this is the first time this error has come up, and I haven't disconnected or connected any USB device.

Also, when I try to run the Bluetooth troubleshooter, the feedback says "Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using an external adapter to add Bluetooth capacity to this computer."

I just don't know how to proceed. I've tried everything I was able to find on the internet, but the issue persists.

Motherboard model: MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI. Network Adapter: Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168.

Do you have MSI centre. You can update and enable Bluetooth from the program. It maybe disabled that’s why it’s not showing up.

I have a gigabyte b650 gaming x ax mobo and want to install a Bluetooth driver. The gigabyte control center recommends me to download the intel Bluetooth driver.
