So I was meant to have a parcel arrive on Sunday and got told they couldn't find the address. Rearranged it for them to drop it off at a collection point and they didn't even attempt to do that. It's now being sent back to the original sender. How can I get in contact with them? Their support number just has tracking and attempts to use the live chats they have lead me straight back to the tracking. Anyone know of an email address or actual phone number?

Update on this, It was a Shadow from Build a bear my other half ordered, build a bear have refunded it instead of shipping it back out because there is no stock. Just annoyed that DPD just messed this all up

From u/webguyuk I built a site at https://www.whatcourier.co.uk which lets you see which retailers use which courier company so if you want to avoid a certain courier, the website will also tell you related retailers incase you wanted to buy from somewhere else.
Not all of the data is 100% accurate and there is missing retailers, if anyone would like to submit details they can on the site.
Do you get stuck in an infinite loop of a robot reading out your parcel delivery details when you call? Does the call function on the app just not work?
Today I learnt that if you withold your number before you call customer service on 01212 750 500. You'll be put in a queue and be put through to a customer service rep.
Simply type 141 before the number to withhold you number. So it'd be 141 01212 750 500 🤟
