Why Dynadot Abuse Team can't even do a simple thing to validate a DNS abuse case for example on this domain:

The domain above literally shows fraud/phishing content targeting WhatsApp and using a typo-squatting for the domain name, but the special case is that the malicious site can only be accessed if you use a mobile-based user agent. For example, I use the mobile emulator to access the site. Still, the Dynadot abuse team still can't figure it out. That drives me insane when making a report. Can the admin/mods of this sub inform them to take this seriously?

Hello, I would be pleased to escalate this domain name to the appropriate department for evaluation. Additionally, I have observed that attempting to access the domain name yields no website or service linked to it. Therefore, I speculate that it may have been disabled.

I noticed Dynadot attracts a lot of bad faith buyers.
Has anyone successfully retrieved a domain via Dynadot’s abuse complaint process? Or did they basically tell you to kick rocks until you come back with a court order/ UDRP judgement?

Registrars can’t just take a domain from someone and give it to you. It doesn’t work that way. But, they can put the domain on hold though. If you own the tm and they registered it after you got the trademark, then you can file a udrp and usually you win the udrp. That’s really the only way to get the domain. What I recommend is that you look into globalblock and nameblock to block further domain registrations that contain your trademark. You can place a block and no one will be able to register a domain with your trademark or a similar name.

Just want to share my experience with Dynadot's abuse/trademark process since you asked. I was on the trademark holder side last year. Filed a complaint about a domain squatter and Dynadot handled it professionally - they didn't just brush me off. Yes, I still needed to go through UDRP, but their team helped explain the process clearly. Took about 2 months total but got my domain back. Way better experience than I expected from a registrar.
