eBay is having issues with tracking numbers on labels purchased on eBay. There are multiple posts about it on the official eBay community forum. Several of the labels I bought yesterday show they’ve been used recently. After they get dropped off at USPS later today, fingers crossed it goes back to normal. More on reddit.com

eBay standard envelope…ughhh. So I’ll tell you this. The envelopes are 100% too rigid that are being used is my guess. As a card seller myself it took me a couple weeks to figure out how to stop this from happening as it’s even more frustrating as a seller. When I first started I was using envelopes that were a bit thicker and more rigid to protect the cards better. Ran into the problem with the No scans…some arriving no problem and a couple ending up in lala land. Switched to printing directly on a plain A2 invitation envelope and have not had a problem in over 300 orders now. All receiving scans the same night. More on reddit.com

I have purchased a few cards recently through eBay that used the eBay tracking that shows vague delivery status updates. Multiple cards using this system have gone missing (or maybe never even been shipped?) and I’ve had to fight for refunds. eBay says “oh we can’t refund, it shows the cards were delivered” and I always have to explain that “Status: Delivered to zip code” is not proof I got the card because my zip code is thousands of square miles. How does eBay “track” my shipment and is anyone else avoiding PWE on eBay now because of missing cards?

I purchased a card on ebay that had the authenticity guarantee, so it had to be sent to a third party authenticator first. I do know it had tracking the whole time and it ultimately was delivered by USPS. Everything was actually super fast, arrived about a week earlier than I thought it would

I ordered somthing on ebay on June 19th. On June 21st I recieved tracking for the item. The tracking number provided was for usps. On ebay tracking the item says in transit in Illinois since june 21st. But if I go the order status page on ebay it says it was delivered on June 4th in Arizona(it's going to colorado). When I put that number in usps it gives me the same info that it was delivered on June 4th in Arizona. I contracted the seller. And they just said the tracking number says it's in Illinois and is on track to get to me. Im confused as what to do. What are my next steps?
