So, I can't comment on the "free for 10 product and no processing fees" BUT. The job I left (just as COVID started to take off in the UK) was using Ecwid. I HATED IT. But it does do its job. In terms of processing fees, I can only apologise, I honestly don't know on that one. From my personal experience, Ecwid has poor poor support. They limit live chat to a higher plan, and even still the information they can give you is very limited. I was on the Live Chat a lot, too. My boss' website was doing around 340 - 460 orders a day (varied a bit, as it was volatile with COVID and the news coming out).... Ecwid goes down. It went down for us a lot. Their apps SUCK. A lot of Shopify apps aren't needed (I use max 10 on my sites).. but Ecwids are just poor.. and very limited The product page is a bare minimum. They allow you to have very limited amount of customisation (you have 2 hours development time if you want them to move things around for you.. and then it's $100 an hour) Now when I left, they had rolled out a little more ability around emailing customers (order confirmation emails), but it wasn't great. I use Klaviyo and Shopify. They have a site builder. It's very bad. Use it on Joomla, or Wordpress and intergrate them together Ecwid loads its catalog in its entirety, so there's a delay when someone clicks on your category links Ecwids Cart Icons will slow your website load speed down (using tools like GtMetrix and Pingdom will give you a good idea, when you test it) and for the positives..
