So when i try and email them directly, you receive the typical
“ Dear UPS Customer,
Emails sent directly to customerservice@ups.com or customer.service@ups.com are not monitored or received. “
But when i follow the directions to contact them on the website, i get this error no matter what i write/select. Or i get the ‘An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. (UPS:0000)’ I’ll add a photo in the comments if i’m able to. So i can’t get ahold of them to even ask about all the issues i’m having. How can i fix this?

I just got an email supposedly from UPS (does "pkginfo@ups.com" belong to them?) saying that I now get free delivery alerts. A username and temp password have been created for me. The thing is, I don't recall having an online account with UPS so I think this is a scam? Thanks.
Hi all, we all have a UPS email we use to log in to UPSers but is there any actual way to use that email and check it? I have used it for employee discounts but now the company, Avis, is trying to send verification codes to that address?
