October 19, 2022 - Some management supported their nurses making tiktoks showing what they were going through with the pandemic and trying to bring some positivity to the job during a negative time. So other nurses saw this and thought their facility would be ok with it too or never see the tiktoks. But hey they knew the risks of posting something negative to the public while on the job ...
