Basically, the site earning type based on PPC – Pay Per Click. This means that if anyone clicks on your referrals link even without carrying out any action, you get paid for that single click.
The site assured to pay for every clicks you generate but per click payment varies. You can get paid 0.0001 per click but they assured you can get up to $0.20 per click.
