What to ask during market research?
This can be difficult. If the product is something never seen before, then market research will not help you in any way whatsoever. As an example of this, Apple famously do not have a market research department. Why? Because as Steve Jobs rightfully said, how can anyone tell you what they want in, or how they would use something they haven’t seen yet, and can’t really comprehend, like the iPad, before there was ever an iPad. If it’s a product they have used, or have used something similar to, then ask them about their experiences, and what they would change, and what they like the most, etc. More on reddit.com
