I find that very odd, as I will say I have ordered and received from them more than once. What I feel may have happened is that maybe somehow there was an issue with an item that you ordered and it was no longer available and I'm sure that was an error on their part and this is the way they went about it. The good thing about m is that the store credit never expires or loses its value. But no it is an actual store that does their deliveries usually fairly well actually, so I'm sorry this happened to you. It is obnoxious that they don't do any returns but I guess that's also selfish of me to say as a patron who would prefer that. If you're sure you put the correct address and it was a house or there was an apartment number included and you didn't ask specifically for someone to have to sign for the package, then I feel it's what I guessed above. I'd give them another shot if you like their clothes, and if not, then I would just contact my banking institution and reported us wrong. If that's your first time ever ordering from them your bank will be able to see that, you just reported us fraud and you'll get your money back and a new card issue to you. More on reddit.com
